Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a General Handyman on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• A typical day might include wet plumbing, painting, lifting & moving furniture, simple joinery and gardening.
• Maintenance of the building and facility.
• Spotting faults in the building and surrounding grounds

Skills and Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven property services experience & knowledge of building maintenance issues.
• Trade qualifications desirable but not essential.
• Must be a team player, and work will solo as well as in a team.
