We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a West London based boutique Property Developer.
Key Details:
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- Company vehicle provided
- Salary: open depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general handyman tasks across the property portfolio
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify any required maintenance or improvements
- Manage and liaise with external contractors and service providers (e.g. plumbers, electricians, cleaners)
- Attend and oversee scheduled service visits (e.g. boiler servicing, fire safety checks)
- Respond promptly to emergency call outs, including out-of-hours when necessary
- Be the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues, providing timely and professional support
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance works and service visits
- Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards and compliance requirements in conjunction with third party consultants Requirements
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance or property management role
- Broad handyman/maintenance skill set (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Clean UK driving licence
