Position: M&E Supervisor
Location: Battersea, London (Commercial Office Environment)
Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)

A leading facilities management provider is seeking an experienced and motivated M&E Supervisor to join their team, overseeing a prestigious commercial office building in Battersea.
This is a client-facing role where you'll lead a small team of engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across both mechanical and electrical systems. Supervise and support a team of engineers delivering PPM and reactive maintenance
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs
Act as the main point of contact for client queries and technical escalations
Ensure compliance with health & safety and site protocols
Monitor and manage sub-contractors and external service providers
Conduct regular site audits and reporting
Assist in planning maintenance schedules and supporting mobilisation of new works
Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds + 18th Edition)
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of building services
Previous experience in a supervisory role within FM
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Confident in client-facing environments and problem-solving under pressure
Good working knowledge of H&S regulations and compliance
