Maintenance Supervisor – Luxury Hotel – South Kensington

Location: South Kensington, London

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Team Size: 5 Engineers on site

We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small engineering team at a prestigious hotel in South Kensington.

Please note: Previous experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment and proven supervisory experience are essential.

The Role:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 engineers across all building services

• Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance in a luxury hotel setting

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

• Liaise with hotel management and guests in a professional, client-facing manner

• Maintain service excellence and support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising engineering teams

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality (4 or 5-star hotels)

• Strong maintenance background

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Professional, polished, and client-facing approach
