£39,000 with VAG Service experience
£42,000 for skilled Diagnostics Techs
+ £6,000 realistic bonus potential per year

About the Role

Service, maintenance & diagnostics to manufacturer standards
Using up-to-date tools in a clean, well-equipped workshop
Regular training opportunities and manufacturer-led updates
Every third Saturday (half-day), keeping work/life balance in check

Who We're Looking For

Level 3 qualified technician (open to all brand backgrounds)
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
VAG brand experience? Great. If not — we’ll help you get up to speed
Someone who values doing the job right, not just fast
