We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer to teach Level 2 apprenticeship students. This role is crucial in supporting the expansion and development of our department, aiming to deliver the highest quality education to every student.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and informative lessons to Level 2 apprenticeship students in electrical installation.
- Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Manager to enhance the curriculum and support the department's growth.
- Utilize industry experience to inspire and educate the next generation of skilled professionals.
- Ensure effective learning through well-prepared classes and use of appropriate teaching materials.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to promote their academic and career ambitions.
- Proven teaching experience in electrical installation or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
- Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear and engaging instructions to diverse class groups.
- Efficient administrative skills for maintaining accurate student records.
