Electrical Installation Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer to teach Level 2 apprenticeship students. This role is crucial in supporting the expansion and development of our department, aiming to deliver the highest quality education to every student.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons to Level 2 apprenticeship students in electrical installation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Manager to enhance the curriculum and support the department's growth.
  • Utilize industry experience to inspire and educate the next generation of skilled professionals.
  • Ensure effective learning through well-prepared classes and use of appropriate teaching materials.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to promote their academic and career ambitions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven teaching experience in electrical installation or relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
  • Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear and engaging instructions to diverse class groups.
  • Efficient administrative skills for maintaining accurate student records.
