Together, these efforts contribute to creating an effective and enriching educational experience for all involved.Functional Skills Tutor Requirements:* Teaching Qualifications - minimum Level 3 Education & Training or above and hold a Level 2/GCSE qualification in English and Mathematics.* Experience teaching Functional skills in English and Mathematics.* Excellent time management* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to build rapport with students of all backgrounds.* Creative approach to teaching* Passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to inclusive educationAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
