Adecco are currently recruiting five experienced Homelessness Reviews Officers on behalf of a West London Local Authority. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting vulnerable residents and ensuring fair access to housing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct statutory reviews under Part VI & Part VII of the Housing Act 1996.
  • Review decisions on homelessness applications and housing allocations.
  • Draft clear and legally sound decision letters.
  • Liaise with applicants, legal representatives, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all reviews comply with current legislation and council policy.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong experience in homelessness reviews under the Housing Act.
  • In-depth knowledge of Parts VI & VII of the Housing Act 1996.
  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
