This high performing People Team is expanding to support business growth, manage complexity, and deliver exceptional employee experiences. We need experienced HR / People Specialists who can hit the ground running and bring expertise in Employee Relations / People Advisory / People operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven HR experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
- Experience in financial services / heavily regulated environments.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge (especially for ER roles).
- HRIS and process design expertise for People Ops roles.
- Ability to work autonomously, deliver quickly and communicate clearly.
