Salary Package: £44,756 per annum (increasing to £49,729 in 18 months) + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance + £4,184 London Weighting (if eligible)

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable fostering charities in West London in order to help them find a Fostering Recruitment Manager. This role is working from home, however you will be required to travel to East, North and West London, Essex and Hertfordshire therefore being a driver and having access to your own car is a must.

Responsibilities of the Fostering Recruitment Manager:

  • Managing local recruitment in line with the strategy
  • Supervising and managing the fostering recruitment officer and the assessing social workers
  • Collaborate with local foster carers to support and organise recruitment events

Requirements:

Must have in-depth knowledge of National Minimum standards and fostering regulations

Must be a registered qualified social worker

Fostering experience and recruitment and assessment experience is required
