We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Boisdale team as the Head Kitchen porter / goods receiver.
The role is a 7am start until 4pm Monday to Friday Only
£15 per Hour (House & Tronc combined)
The role: Head Kitchen Porter / Goods Receiver
- A competitive £15 per hour(House & Tronc combined)
- Based: London, Victoria (Eccleston Street)
- 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday only (although Some extra hour maybe required to cover sickness, holiday & Christmas business levels.)

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Senior Kitchen porter with experience in receiving food, beverages & consumables
- Highley Responsible Hands-on Person with impeccable timekeeping.
- Oversee daily deliveries correctly by ensuring that they are to the correct spec, weight, quality, quantity & temperature.
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and have the ability to contact suppliers regarding discrepancies with products supplied
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness, tidiness of kitchen, walk-in fridges and all abck of house + storage areas.
- Manage Inventory and ordering of Cleaning supplies
- Train the day & evening kitchen porters, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently
- Ensure all pots, pans, plates & dishes are cleaned are cleaned promptly.
- Ensure the cleaning of the kitchen equipment, floors and surfaces are always maintained to the highest standard.
- Team player with a hands-on assistance to the chefs which might include cooking chips and vacuum packing for example.
- Oversee waste disposal & recycling efforts with the kitchen
