This Company operates some beautiful Bakeries around London and is just about to launch some very cool Restaurants. We are looking for a Head Baker to oversee the main Bakery in Battersea, focusing on the development of breads and pastries.

You will be baking exceptional sourdough while developing interesting, high-end new products to sell in the new Restaurants.
