- Minimum of 3 shifts per week, with a target of 5 shifts to achieve full-time hours
- Minimum contract duration of 9 months
- Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
- Receive stock into systems
- Manage outbound stock back to fulfilment centres after products have been imaged
- Palletise stock to and from fulfilment centres
- Unbox and prepare products for shooting
- Repack items post-production for return to fulfilment centres
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
- Maintain a clean and organised working area
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
- Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide administrative support to the studio operations team as needed
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail apparel/non-apparel environment (e.g., clothing, shoes, bags)
- Experience in prepping garments and non-apparel items (bagging, tagging), packaging, and repackaging
- Experience in a studio, inbound/outbound, prepping, or production house environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move equipment for extended periods
- Lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 20kg) frequently
- Bend, kneel, and reach to access and organize equipment
