Job Title: Studio Operations AssistantLocation: Hoxton Pay Rate: £15.83 per hourContract: 0-hour contract, up to 40 hours per week
  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week, with a target of 5 shifts to achieve full-time hours
  • Minimum contract duration of 9 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:30Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
  • Receive stock into systems
  • Manage outbound stock back to fulfilment centres after products have been imaged
  • Palletise stock to and from fulfilment centres
  • Unbox and prepare products for shooting
  • Repack items post-production for return to fulfilment centres
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organised working area
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
  • Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide administrative support to the studio operations team as needed
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail apparel/non-apparel environment (e.g., clothing, shoes, bags)
  • Experience in prepping garments and non-apparel items (bagging, tagging), packaging, and repackaging
  • Experience in a studio, inbound/outbound, prepping, or production house environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, etc.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move equipment for extended periods
  • Lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 20kg) frequently
  • Bend, kneel, and reach to access and organize equipment
