- Maintain and support the existing system throughout the transition period.
- Thoroughly document workflows, functionalities, and integrations to ensure continuity.
- Consult with stakeholders to assess current usage, requirements, and modernisation goals.
- Design and implement a future-ready solution using Microsoft Power Platform and other centrally approved technologies.
- Lead the redevelopment, delivering secure, scalable, and sustainable web tools.
- Ensure alignment with IT governance, security standards, and best engineering practices.
- Oversee integration with core data services and central platforms.
- Provide regular updates to ITS leadership and key faculty stakeholders.
About You - Essential Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding of PHP, SQL, and web architecture.
- Proven experience supporting and evolving legacy PHP systems.
- Skilled in reverse-engineering and documenting undocumented software platforms.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects using modern web or low-code solutions.
- Experience in IT service transition, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation.
- Strong grasp of software development best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Desirable Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-first development strategies.
- Ability to design and build data-driven low-code applications.
