Consumer Care Advisor
Location: London
Salary: 25,584 per year
Hours: 40 paid hours per week (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm)

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and empathetic Consumer Care Advisor to join a dedicated team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for consumers, handling queries and complaints across a range of products. You'll ensure every consumer receives the high level of care and support expected, working closely with internal teams to resolve enquiries efficiently and effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle consumer queries and complaints across multiple channels, providing personalised solutions.

  • Liaise with internal teams on order management and product-related questions.

  • Deliver empathetic, friendly, and professional support at all times.

  • Take ownership of each customer journey, ensuring resolution in line with procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records and data within CRM systems.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience in customer care, ideally within the food or FMCG sector.

  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt communication style, and deliver solutions.

  • IT literate with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.

  • Flexible and positive approach to shift working.

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service.

Working Hours:
While the core hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm, hours may vary (8am-8pm, Monday-Sunday) to cover business needs.
