Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician, SW London, £16.50ph 

Temporary Role, Tools supplied, no CSCS required

Luxury apartments based in South West London require an efficient Maintenance Technician to ensure the development remains in top condition for residents.

Duites will include:

• Reactive and proactive maintenance work to a high standard 
• Plumbing work to include changing taps, unblocking sinks, toilets
• Silicong bathrooms
• Decorating and repairs
• Carpentry tasks to include fixing furniture, doors
• Conduct PPM checks to include fire alarm testing, water testing

Requirements:

• Proven Maintenance, Handyman, Builder or similar trade experience
• Experience of undertaking repairs within residential environment
• Good understanding of PPM
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good customer service experience
• Helpful and friendly personality

This is a temporary role to start immediately.
