We're currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join a responsive maintenance team working across social housing properties in East London. All properties are within walking distance, making this a convenient and efficient role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
- Diagnose and fix issues with pipework, drainage, and water systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing within social housing or similar environments.
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic DBS check required.
