I am looking for a Plumber to work in London as part of the response maintenance team for a large housing contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in tenanted and void properties and will receive a company van and fuel card.

The successful Plumber will receive:

Annual salary of 38,000
Company van and fuel card

The Plumber will be:

Working independently as a mobile worker
Ensuring works are carried out safely to an excellent standard
Dealing with residents issues and complaints
Installation, repairs, maintenance and tests
Tablet usage in line with company policy
Other duties may involve multi trade skills

The Plumber will have:

Experience working within the trade
Previous social housing experience
Ability to meet deadlines and objectives
Relevant NVQ qualification
Full UK drivers license
