Day to day the Repairs Supervisor will be required to:
- Oversee a team of 5 operatives delivering repairs and voids to a housing association in North West London (Mainly in the Maida Vale area)
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard within time frames
- Monitor health and safety standards
- Liaise between operatives, clients and contracts managers
- Manage schedule of works on properties
In return the Repairs & Voids Supervisor will receive:
- 24 per hour
- Company vehicle
- Temp to perm: 40,000- 45,000 dependant on experience
