We're on the hunt for dynamic and experienced Repairs Supervisors to lead our dedicated in-house teams operating throughout North East London, with a central hub in the Finsbury Park area. Rate: £27 per hour + Company Van & Fuel Card

Your Mission: As a key leader in our Property Services team, you'll be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of day-to-day repairs to our social housing residents across North East London. Based out of the Finsbury Park region, you'll be both field-based and office-focused, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of workmanship.

  • Direct Team Leadership: You'll be the driving force behind your team of skilled tradespeople, providing clear direction, motivation, and ongoing support to achieve exceptional results.

  • Resource Management: You'll oversee the ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring your team has everything they need to complete repairs effectively across North East London.
