Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and assembly work to high-quality standards.
- Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Measure and cut materials with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work to tight deadlines while ensuring all projects meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Experience with various fabrication processes.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Health and safety conscious.
Desirable:
- Additional qualifications in welding or fabrication (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
- Experience in working with a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
