A聽 civil engineering contractor based in London is now seeking a Technical Bid Co-ordinator / Writer to join the work winning team, within Civil Engineering and construction. The position will be to work on the development and production of winning PQQ and tender submissions.
Key duties include:
路A good construction understanding in either main contracting or civils is essential
路Produce unique responses to to PQQ's and tenders including references, case studies and project experience
路Support the overall bid team in the production of PQQ's and tender responses and associated items
路Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures to manage submissions and bid related information
路Ensure all tender documentation is of a uniformly high standard and coordinating / supporting the production of final documents
路Create the final document and ensure the bid is delivered to the client on time
路Maintain a database of submissions for future review and scrutiny
路Identify and rework existing pre written content where appropriate
路Work to demanding and changeable deadlines in a highly pressurised environment
