We're seeking a highly skilled Legal PA or Document Production Specialist to support the finalisation of a highly confidential, complex, and critical document. Based in London for the initial phase, potential for further remote working down the line.

Client Details

The hiring company is a well-established business within the Financial Services Industry.

Description

You'll work closely with the project lead to:

  • Type and integrate detailed handwritten markups
  • Reorganise sections and lift content across chapters
  • Create and maintain an automated table of contents
  • Update and fix paragraph numbering
  • Consolidate comments and edits from multiple contributors
  • Assist in tagging clauses and cross-referencing (using MS Word or firm-specific tools)

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Experienced Legal PA, Document Production Specialist, or Word Processing Expert
  • Comfortable with heavy markups and complex formatting
  • Strong MS Word skills (TOC, numbering, cross-referencing)
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential material
  • Sense of humour and resilience
  • Happy to work on-site fora few days to collaborate directly, then remotely thereafter if needed
