As the Senior Creative Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights that shape digital creative strategy and showcase performance impact. The Role

  • Create and implement DCO strategies that connect client goals with media plans and audience insights.
  • Turn performance data into practical recommendations and establish measurement frameworks to evaluate success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, offering clear communication and strategic guidance.
  • Combine analytical insight with creative execution to ensure campaigns are on-brand, visually effective, and engaging.
  • Monitor shifts in the digital media landscape, including programmatic, social, and new platforms, and adjust approaches accordingly.
  • Support product development by applying campaign learning's and sharing expertise on AI, automation, and digital creativity.

The Candidate

  • 4+ years' experience in a data, media, or digital analytics role
  • Knowledge of programmatic and/or social media platforms
  • Familiarity with creative production and DCO campaigns
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a good grasp of statistics
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling
