We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join a highly respected residential developer on a 9 month contract in West London. You will be working on a large-scale mixed use scheme which includes 200 RC Frame residential units, a new health centre, retail and restaurants.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the design process across multiple phases of the project. You will work closely with internal departments, external consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring that construction information is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with programme requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the flow of technical information between consultants, subcontractors, and the site team
- Ensuring all drawings and documents meet regulatory standards and project specifications
- Supporting the project team to resolve technical queries quickly and efficiently
- Helping to drive project delivery in line with programme and budget targets

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working as a Technical Coordinator within residential construction
- Strong technical understanding of RC frame construction
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery
