About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Sales Support Coordinator to join a growing team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the key link between logistics, sales, and customer service teams, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, shipments are delivered on time, and customers receive outstanding support. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track shipments from order placement through to final delivery
• Support the sales team with order management, quotations, and client communications
• Liaise with warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams to address and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inventory and sales data
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

About You:
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales support roles
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities, with the capability to coordinate across multiple teams
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys streamlining processes and driving improvements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
