GSL Education are recruiting Exam Invigilators to join a welcoming school in Long Sutton with an immediate start. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-orientated, and available to support students during this crucial period of their education.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process, ensuring students sit their exams under the correct conditions and according to official regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up exam venues according to the school and exam board guidelines.
Distribute and collect exam papers and materials securely.
Supervise students throughout the examination, ensuring proper conduct.
Maintain a quiet and focused environment during exams.
Report any incidents, irregularities, or breaches of exam rules to senior staff.

Job Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and a calm, professional manner.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Ability to remain alert and observant for extended periods.
Previous experience in a school or exam setting is desirable but not essential.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
