SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist Academy
Location: Longfield, Kent
Pay: 95-110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term / Permanent / Day to Day Supply
Start Date: ASAP
We're working with an Outstanding SEN academy in the DA3 area that supports pupils aged 2-19 with a range of needs including ASD, SLD, PMLD and complex communication difficulties.
Your Role
- Support teaching and learning in small, specialist classes.
- Help pupils with communication, sensory and physical needs.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.
About You
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (preferred).
- Calm, patient and positive approach.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about making a difference in special education.
