Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Daily Rate: 98 per day

An inclusive and supportive SEN school in Ribchester is looking to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting this September. The position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with a variety of additional needs.
About the Role:
You'll work closely with students who may have autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or sensory and physical needs. Your role will involve providing 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils to access learning and develop essential life skills in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of tailored learning activities
Assist pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
Help implement and monitor individual education and behaviour plans
Support personal care needs when required (training provided)
Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom setting
Who We're Looking For:

Care Workers
Teaching Assistants
Individuals with personal experience supporting someone with additional needs
