We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support the finance department with Invoicing
- Processing Sales Orders
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
- A knowledge of Sage will be advantageous
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
