Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and supporting various departments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Support the finance department with Invoicing
  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Maintain an organised workspace and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
  • A knowledge of Sage will be advantageous

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
