Our client is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and provide expert support to their expanding client base across multiple industries. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and strengthening a safety-first culture across every area of the business.
The Role
Take overall responsibility for the operational running of the consultancy, reporting directly to the company directors.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of consultants and support staff.
Oversee the delivery of health and safety consultancy services to a wide range of clients.
Ensure compliance with current legislation, guidance, and industry standards.
Maintain and develop client relationships, contributing to business growth opportunities.
About You
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) is essential; Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred.
Extensive experience in health and safety management, ideally within consultancy or multi-sector environments.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a small team.
Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
