This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and partnering with different teams to drive business performance.What You'll Do:

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Help manage stock, costs, and margins
• Audits and financial controls
• Lead and support two Assistant Accountants

What You'll Need:

• Experience in management accounting
• Strong Excel and analysis skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Part or fully qualified
• Ideally, Manufacturing experience
• Ideally, knowledge of SAP
