This hybrid role blends technical expertise with advisory excellence. You'll work closely with a highly experienced Partner and act as the primary point of contact for HNW clients, offering tax planning strategies, managing compliance, and attending face-to-face client meetings.

Role Responsibilities- Leading the delivery of high-level personal tax advice, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction
- Managing and expanding a portfolio of complex client cases involving CGT, IHT, trusts, and residency issues
- Overseeing compliance processes and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Providing strategic input on the development and expansion of the private client offering
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing tax team
- Collaborating with fellow directors and partners across service lines to ensure seamless client support
- Driving new business opportunities through existing relationships and external networking

Candidate Requirements- CTA qualified (or near completion)
- Extensive experience in personal tax, ideally within a practice setting
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and handling sensitive client matters
- Personable and confident with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and contribute proactively to the team
- Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and reporting skills
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
