RECfinancial are partnering with a leading, expanding UK Group Practice to recruit a Tax Advisor for their Tax Project Team. This hybrid role can be based in any of the firm’s offices, including Derby, Boston, Lincoln, Nottingham, Melton, Skegness, Grantham, Loughborough, Newark, Sleaford, Stamford, or Spalding.

About the Tax Advisors role

Typical areas of advisory work include:

  • Inheritance tax planning

  • Remuneration planning

  • Business incorporations

  • Capital allowance reviews

  • Capital gains tax advice

  • International tax planning

Key Responsibilities of the Tax Advisors role
  • Deliver and support tax advisory and planning projects under supervision.

  • Mentor and review the work of junior team members.

  • Manage workloads and client expectations effectively.

  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.

  • Support business development by promoting the firm’s full range of services.

About you.
  • ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified) or equivalent tax experience.

  • Background in UK accounting practice with private client tax experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Collaborative team player with some people management experience.

  • Proactive and eager to develop in a tax advisory capacity.
