Role Responsibilities
  • Lead client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and overseeing a portfolio of high-value corporate clients
  • Provide expert tax advice on corporate compliance, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, and more
  • Manage complex tax projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify tax-related opportunities and risks for clients
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying new client opportunities
  • Ensure timely billing, manage work-in-progress (WIP), and oversee client profitability

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Tax Director or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax law and regulations
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT qualification
  • Qualified by extensive experience also considered
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
  • Business development skills to contribute to the growth of the tax department
  • A proactive and results-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple complex assignments
