Role ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Leadership- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services
- Act as a trusted adviser, offering strategic tax planning solutions
- Provide guidance on transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, and patent box claims
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
- Support the growth and progression of junior and senior team members
- Play an active role in recruiting and training within the tax department
- Work closely with other departments to identify tax-saving opportunities and manage client risks
- Assist with business development efforts, including client pitches and expansion opportunities
- Help shape and implement the firm’s corporate tax strategy

Candidate Requirements- Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax laws and regulations
- Expertise in transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, group reorganisations, and patent box claims
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on client service
- A strategic and proactive approach to tax planning and problem-solving
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and inspire a team
- CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
