Role ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Leadership
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services
  • Act as a trusted adviser, offering strategic tax planning solutions
  • Provide guidance on transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, and patent box claims
Team Development & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
  • Support the growth and progression of junior and senior team members
  • Play an active role in recruiting and training within the tax department
Strategic Growth & Collaboration
  • Work closely with other departments to identify tax-saving opportunities and manage client risks
  • Assist with business development efforts, including client pitches and expansion opportunities
  • Help shape and implement the firm’s corporate tax strategy

Candidate Requirements
  • Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax laws and regulations
  • Expertise in transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, group reorganisations, and patent box claims
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on client service
  • A strategic and proactive approach to tax planning and problem-solving
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and inspire a team
  • CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified
