We’re seeking a proactive After Sales Advisor to support our client's service and warranty operations. This role also provides occasional support to the purchasing team.
Location: Loughborough (Hybrid/Work from Home)
Hours: 2–3 days per week (Mon–Wed, 8am–4:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage after-sales data and databases (warranty, complaints, service contracts)

Provide updates and support to customers on orders and service status

Run weekly reports and maintain customer price lists

Arrange returns, credits, and invoice processing via 1Link

Support approved service provider training and documentation

Assist with stock orders and monitor supplier delivery timelines

Handle warranty parts orders, certifications, and associated documentation

Provide internal support, reporting, and training where needed

Promote quality, safety, and environmental standards
