Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4pm - 2am

The Role
This role involves setting up and running press brake machinery, maintaining accuracy throughout production, and ensuring a steady workflow so high-quality parts are delivered on time and to trusted industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines efficiently, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage
- Quality check finished products and report any issues
- Follow Health & Safety protocols
- Keep the working area clean, tidy and hazard-free
- Carry out any other duties as required
About You:
- Experience setting and operating press brake machines
- Keen to be hands-on
- Experience working in engineering and willing to learn
- From a manufacturing or production background
- Physically able and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A naturally forward planner
