My client is looking for customer service professionals to be the first point of contact, providing an excellent customer experience at all times.You will be responsible for offering proactive solutions for any issues or concerns that the customer might face following a purchase.Excellent customer service experience is a Must for this role, being empathetic and with great listening skills.Monday to Friday (no weekends)Time - 09:00 - 17:30Main Duties :
  • Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
  • Understanding the customers requirements and taking appropriate actions to resolve
  • Verify and update the customers information on a CRM system
  • Proactively offer solutions to issues that the customers might face
  • Escalate to 2nd line case management team where appropriate
  • Ownership of the customer experience and follow through
  • Working to a high degree of accuracy
Required Skills & Experience :
  • Have an ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
  • Be computer literate, preferably with knowledge of using the internet and email
  • Possess the necessary listening and communication skills required聽to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Flexible and resilient
