We are currently recruiting for an Engineering and Technical Customer Service Advisor on a full time and permanent basis for our client based on the outskirts of Loughborough, Leicestershire.

Salary: Circa 30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

The Engineering and Technical Customer Service Advisor will provide effective engineering and technical support to distributors and end users in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and Diagnose machines issues with an aim resolve where possible over the phone or via email.
  • Process warranty returns.
  • Assist in attending customer sites to carry out routine service and breakdown repairs.
  • Progress and chase customer escalations to resolution
  • Liaise and support various departments.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements including ISO19001

About you:

  • Experienced in customer services
  • A good general knowledge of engineering practices
  • Practical experience and knowledge of products spares and servicing
  • Practical experience of warranties.
