Shifts: 3 Shift Rotation (Mornings / Afternoons / Nights)
Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a challenging and rewarding role within a heavy manufacturing environment? We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team in Barrow Upon Soar where you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant and facilities to a high standard
- Minimise downtime while upholding workplace safety and cleanliness
- Support the delivery of engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs
- Comply with all SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) regulations
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders
Ideal candidate:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Ideally apprentice trained
- Strong team player
- Heavy manufacturing experience ideally
- Willingness to drive continuous improvements
- Excellent fault-finding abilities
- Experience working with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley systems
