We are working with a leading landscaping and materials business in Mountsorrel who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical) to join their 3-shift operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for an experienced electrical engineer looking for a varied and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults to minimise production downtime
  • Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase reliability and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and support shift handovers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery
  • Ability to work across all 3 shifts, flexible and reliable
  • Experience of fault finding and preventative maintenance programmes
  • Health & Safety aware with a proactive approach to safe working practices
