  • Maintain plant and facilities to a high standard
  • Minimise downtime while upholding workplace safety and cleanliness
  • Support the delivery of engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs
  • Comply with all SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) regulations
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders

Ideal candidate:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Ideally apprentice trained
  • Strong team player
  • Heavy manufacturing experience ideally
  • Willingness to drive continuous improvements
  • Excellent fault-finding abilities
  • Experience working with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley systems
