We're on the lookout for a super-organised, people-savvy Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract. You'll take the lead on all thing's recruitment - from sourcing and screening to onboarding - helping teams across the business grow with top talent. Working together with hiring managers and HR, you'll be right at the heart of shaping the team's future.

Description of the role:

  • Oversee recruitment for sales and other business areas, managing job postings, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Create and maintain accurate job descriptions, keeping them up to date with market trends and internal developments.
  • Conduct market salary benchmarking and support competitive offer decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Organise interviews (online and face-to-face), with occasional interview participation or support where needed.
  • Liaise with department heads to coordinate assessments and selection.
  • Partner with HR and the Training Assistant to ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Offer ad hoc HR administrative support, such as assisting with procedures, policies, and other people-focused processes.
  • Support the wider business in recruitment and people operations where required.

About you:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with interview coordination, candidate sourcing, and use of job boards/platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
  • Some HR experience or willingness to support on HR-related admin tasks.
  • Confident using digital tools for remote interviews, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Interviewing experience (remote and in-person) is highly desirable.
