Reporting to the Commercial & NPD Director, you will lead and mentor a team of Concept and Process Technologists, taking ownership of the NPD agenda. From trend-led ideation through to recipe creation, costings, trials, packaging and product submissions, you'll oversee the full development journey and ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standards.
You will work closely with Commercial, Technical, Production and Procurement teams, as well as representing the business in customer meetings and launches. The role requires a blend of creativity, commercial awareness and strong project management skills, along with proven NPD experience in food manufacturing.
We're looking for a hands-on, organised leader with knowledge of food safety, HACCP as well as strong IT skills. You will need to be an established NPD Manager in the UK manufacturing industry with customer facing experience.
