My client are a civil engineering specialist. They are looking to onboard a general foreman to help deliver a civils project being delivered in Leicestershire. My client operate heavily across the Midlands and surrounding counties.
General foreman responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
- Managing plant, labour and materials.
- Managing health and safety compliance.
- Record keeping.
- Task briefings.
- Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site.
- Checking works are completed in accordance to drawings, specification and QA standards.
General foreman requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS/ SSSTS.
- First aid.
- Previous experience with civils, drainage, RC work.
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
