Role Overview:

What You'll Do:
As an EU Deforestation Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product compliance and transaction security. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing new product requests to maintain transaction security
- Keeping product data updated in our existing portfolio
- Validating data and regulatory documents from suppliers
- Releasing validated customer orders
- Communicating effectively with suppliers
- Collaborating with Trade Compliance, Portfolio Management, and Third-Party Procurement for seamless service delivery
- Drafting and uploading regulatory documents to the EU commission portal
- Analysing and inputting data into internal ERP systems
- Maintaining key metrics and reporting
- Taking on additional duties as required
Who You Are:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for regulatory affairs and product compliance. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience in regulatory affairs or product compliance
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
