Job Title: Assembler
Location: Coalville
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday, 7.30am - 12:30am
Pay: 12.50 per hour

The Role:
The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components and products to high standards, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products or components according to technical drawings, work instructions, or specifications
- Perform repetitive tasks to assemble components or products at respective workstations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Always adhere and follow company health and safety procedures
- Report any issues or faults to supervisor(s) promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production KPI targets
About You:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents or diagrams
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Full understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
