- A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science—or equivalent industry experience.
- Basic knowledge of chemical analysis tools (e.g., GCMS, FTIR).
- At least 1 year of lab experience (synthetic or analytical) is preferred.
- Familiarity with air-sensitive materials, high-temp reactions, or pilot-scale systems is a plus.
